Terms of Service

These terms apply to the website rakion.gg, the Rakion GG launcher and game server, and our official community channels. By creating an account or using them you accept these terms.
1. What Rakion GG is
Rakion GG is a free, fan-run private server of the game Rakion. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Softnyx. The service is provided "as is", may change, go offline for maintenance or be reset, and has no guaranteed availability.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Use a password you don't use anywhere else and turn on two-step verification.
- Give a real email address so you can recover your account.
- Accounts are personal. Selling, buying or sharing accounts is not allowed.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country).
3. Fair play and conduct
Not allowed: cheats, hacks, bots, macros, exploiting bugs, modifying the client, attacking the servers, impersonating staff, harassment, hate speech, spam, scams, or sharing other people's personal data. Report bugs to the staff instead of using them.
4. Content you post
You are responsible for the comments and other content you post. Don't post anything illegal, offensive or that you don't have the right to share. You allow us to show that content on Rakion GG and its channels. Staff may remove content that breaks these rules.
5. Virtual items and donations
Characters, gold, items and other in-game content have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money. Donations, if offered, are voluntary support for the project and are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
6. Sanctions
If you break these terms, staff may warn you, reset progress obtained unfairly, or suspend or ban accounts, temporarily or permanently. You can appeal by writing to support.
7. Intellectual property
Rakion and its original assets belong to their respective owners. Rakion GG's own content (website, texts, logos, news) belongs to the Rakion GG project. Don't copy it for commercial use.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rakion GG is not liable for data loss, interruptions, or damages resulting from the use of the service.
9. Changes and contact

Estos términos se aplican al sitio rakion.gg, al launcher y al servidor de Rakion GG, y a nuestros canales oficiales de comunidad. Al crear una cuenta o usarlos, aceptás estos términos.
1. Qué es Rakion GG
Rakion GG es un servidor privado del juego Rakion, gratuito y hecho por fans. No tiene relación con Softnyx ni está respaldado por ella. El servicio se ofrece "tal cual": puede cambiar, quedar fuera de línea por mantenimiento o reiniciarse, y no tiene disponibilidad garantizada.
2. Tu cuenta
- Sos responsable de tu cuenta y de cuidar tu contraseña. Usá una que no uses en otro lado y activá la verificación en dos pasos.
- Poné un email real para poder recuperar la cuenta.
- Las cuentas son personales. No se permite vender, comprar ni compartir cuentas.
- Tenés que tener al menos 13 años (o la edad mínima que exija tu país).
3. Juego limpio y conducta
No se permite: trampas, hacks, bots, macros, aprovechar bugs, modificar el cliente, atacar los servidores, hacerse pasar por el staff, acoso, discursos de odio, spam, estafas, ni compartir datos personales de otros. Si encontrás un bug, reportalo al staff en vez de usarlo.
4. Lo que publicás
Sos responsable de los comentarios y demás contenido que publiques. No publiques nada ilegal, ofensivo o que no tengas derecho a compartir. Nos permitís mostrar ese contenido en Rakion GG y sus canales. El staff puede quitar contenido que rompa estas reglas.
5. Ítems virtuales y donaciones
Los personajes, el oro, los ítems y demás contenido del juego no tienen valor real y no se pueden cambiar por dinero. Las donaciones, si existen, son un apoyo voluntario al proyecto y no son reembolsables, salvo que la ley diga lo contrario.
6. Sanciones
Si incumplís estos términos, el staff puede advertirte, revertir progreso obtenido de forma injusta, o suspender o banear cuentas, en forma temporal o permanente. Podés apelar escribiendo a soporte.
7. Propiedad intelectual
Rakion y sus recursos originales pertenecen a sus respectivos dueños. El contenido propio de Rakion GG (sitio, textos, logos, noticias) pertenece al proyecto Rakion GG. No lo copies para uso comercial.
8. Responsabilidad
En la medida en que la ley lo permita, Rakion GG no se hace responsable por pérdidas de datos, interrupciones o daños derivados del uso del servicio.
9. Cambios y contacto
